travel by bus or plane? -

I'm going to another city next week and here are the fares with different travel plans
bus: $321 plane: $415 The thing is, I know that by bus it's cheaper but it's 11-13 hours!! and by plane it is 1 hour! I don't know how I would survive with 12 hours! Whenever I go back to my old town, it is only 4 hours and I get soooo bored after the 2nd hour! what should i do?

Go by plane, it is a tad more expensive but it will get you there faster right?

I would definitely go with the plane option. This way when you get there you will have more time to do what you want instead of travelling for a day on a bus. good luck and take care.  Wake up. You're Alive. We're on your side. |

I would definitely take the plane option. It's not substantially more expensive and you'll save the eleven hours (twenty two both ways?) so that you could spend more time in the city and there will be less hassle and frustration for you. You said it yourself - you tend to get bored after two hours!

I'd suggest a plane as well, because I've taken long bus rides, and they're no fun at all. Extremely boring and uncomfortable.

I would also go by plane if you have the money. I just feel like wasting all that time isn't worth it. By the way, if you do decide to go buy plane, you need to try to get your ticket now. The longer you wait (and thus the closer to the date it becomes), the more the prices will go up.

Well if it was me I may choose the bus option but only because I'm a bit scared of flying. But for you I'd say take the plane as bus rides are uncomfortable and it'll be all hot and sticky if you have the same weather as I do.

Agreeing with the others, I'd say take the plane because although it's more then the bus, it's not going to take you as long so you won't be wasting as much time as you would on the bus.

Id go for plane....like most have said. Its more expensive, but its that much quicker.

Look the diffrence is not that big, for 94dls more you will enjoy more your ride 10 hours less sitting and the little kids yelling and crying....
