Help needed trying to find flights.

So I'm trying to find either flights from Guernsey to Cardiff/Bristol/Birminghum for fairly cheap, (under £150 return)
Or ferries from Guernsey to Fishguard/Poole/Wehymouth for cheap also return, any help would be greatly appreciated...dates need to be around the 27th march and going back around 10th April, thanks ^^

There are two airlines that fly from Guernsey Airport to Bristol or Birmingham.

Auringy flies to Bristol and Flybe flies to Birmingham.

Auringy doesn't have any flights on the 27th of March, but there is one of the 28th.

Flybe to Birmingham costs a lot more, £183 return for those dates.

Although, Flybe goes to Southampton, if that's any use? Flying on th 26th and 9th, cheapest flights of the day comes to £71.98.

Ferries are cheaper.
Guernsey to Weymouth, on those dates, is £80, that's with Condor Ferries, in a standard seat. To Poole is a seasonal.
