Moving out of moms to dads

So I made the decision to try to completely move out of my mothers house and into my dads. I started packing yesterday. This could prove difficult because my parents are in the middle of an ugly divorce and custody of me has not been agreed upon ( so im taking it into my own hands). I can't stand living with my mother, she is unstable and impossible to live with. Every 2-3 days she checks me to make sure ive stopped cutting, and every time she leaves the house she asks me if im going to be okay. We also don't have knives in our kitchen anymore, or graters, or spatulas! She so called got me "help" by making me do this 6 week teen survival group. She believes that this will magically "cure" me and if it doesnt she set up four sessions with a therapist (who rather pretend to be a teenager than do anything). She isnt helping it at all, so I think along with a bunch of other people think it's much better for me to move out. I feel like this will help me the most since she was basically the reason my SH got so bad. TO end on a happy note I can't wait to live with my dad! He understands me and doesnt treat me like a 2year old!
