What kind of stuff will I need? -

I should have moved out a long time ago, but didn't because I really didn't need to. I don't drive and my mom drives me everywhere, but I've come to the decision I'd rather take the bus. But I have no money saved, and I'm horrible at budgeting. So now the plan is for me to gather up a few of the things I'd need at my own place and start saving up for rent/deposit/etc. I don't have much at all, I have a bed and that's about it. I've gotten bath towels, dish towels, a vacum. And I'm planning to get dishes and hopefully a couch. But what other stuff should I get before moving?
Plus I have two dogs. That makes find a place even more difficult. From what I've looked into a one bedroom will be at least $550.
