I'd really like to see it. I haven't read the book but I heard it's pretty good.

Oh yeah! It looks really good. I've been wanting to see it. Hopefully I can see it sometime in the theater, but I'll most likely wait until it comes out on DVD.

It's a must see for me! It looks really good!
Although I probably won't see in theaters so I'll just have to
rent to when it comes out, looks really good!

Loved the book. I'm a little worried that the movie might ruin it but otherwise I want to see it..

I just got home from seeing it. I loved it. The movie was deffinately a tear jerker! But, I suggest seeing it. I guess it could be triggering for some people, so just be warned.

Re: The Lovely Bones - February 2nd 2010, 05:32 PM

The only downside about it, is that its a bit triggering like Briana mentioned. I got a bit triggered at one point, but then got distracted with the rest of the movie.

Re: The Lovely Bones - February 5th 2010, 06:17 PM

I've read the book, but am reluctant to see the film. I just don't think it's a good book to make into a film. It's fantastic as a novel, but I don't think the storyline is quite right for film.

Re: The Lovely Bones - February 8th 2010, 02:11 AM

I loved the book and I think the movie was pretty good. Some of the casting miffed me a bit, and I wish they gave Samuel more screen time, but overall I'd give it a 4/5. :] I liked some of the little things they added, too! The twist they gave to Holly was awesome, imo.
