Now about the movie...I was not impressed.

Nah, i didn't like it. there were some bits I liked, like the red queen and the cheshire cat, but overall..meh. I hated Alice, she's supposed to be a really strong character and they should have gotten someone with a strong screen presence to play her....the actress they had was all wrong in my opinion.....
and what was with all the eye-stabbing??

I enjoyed it, but it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be [however I was expecting it to be absolutely amazing and got myself really hyped up about it. ].

I was expecting more... but over all it was good I guess they promoted the movie more than it really was worth.

I really liked it, but then I went not expecting much because I'd heard mixed reviews. Although, I am a big Tim Burton and Johnny Depp fan :P
Did you guys see it in 3D?
I liked the different take on the story, and the backstories of the characters. And I loved some of the dresses Alice wore! I might have to find someone to make me a dress like the one the Red Queen made Alice :P

I saw it today in 3D and I really enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting it to be that good but it wasn't bad at all. I liked the action in it. And Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter was really good.

I seen it yesterday in 3D and all I have to say is that the only cool thing about the movie was that it was in 3D, I was bored all through out the movie.

I am going to see this next week and was looking here to see what others thought.

Last time I looked it was 3 yes and 3 no. Now it is 4 yes and 4 no. Completely 50/50....looks like I will have to see it to make my own mind up.

I enjoyed the movie. I like seeing how they changed the storyline from the book.

I expected more as well. But from the parts of the movie I was watching () it was ok.

I really liked it! I've never read the book, however, and I've seen the original movie, but it was a long time ago and I can't remember it at all. So, seeing as I have nothing to compare it to, I thought it was great! I loved Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, he was the perfect actor for it.

I enjoyed it, yeah. It wasn't a perfect movie by any means, but the cast was great and the effects were very good. It did a very good job in parts and not so much in others, ie some scenes were really good and others not. So it could have been better but it was good, it is worth seeing for sure.

I absolutely adored it from start to finish. I'm really not a movie person so a movie has to be really good in order for me to watch it all through.

I really liked it. I'm not a huge fan of the original story so I liked how this was like a revisit.
That and I loved all the Scottish bits (e.g. Johnny Depp's Scottish accent, the mad Scottish hare and the whole jaberwocky thing)

It's nothing like the book, I haven't seen it but I've heard the storyline, they mixed Alice in Wonderland with Through The Looking Glass and made her 19, revisiting the place down the rabbit hole. I'm not going to see it, it sounds awful x

But if its gonna be a different storyline they shouldn't name it "Alice In Wonderland" because it is NOT Alice in Wonderland. Don't get me wrong I adore Tim Burton's work, but I think hes made a few mistakes lately, I mean Charlie was awful too, his original stuff like NBC and Edward Scissorhands and Beetlejuice are so much better x

I saw it yesterday and really enjoyed it. The main criticism I'd heard was that you were really aware it was Burton film, but I didn't find that. It wasn't even his weirdest film lol.

I'm not a fan of Alice in Wonderland in the first place to be honest, but I was curious how to how Johnny Depp would play the Mad Hatter.
