Haaaai
 So I was wondering who's watching skins tonight I am. I'm not sure about it though. Series one and two kicked ass. Three was okay and four just managed to keep up. I miss the old cast  But we'll see I love Freddie 4 lyf. Jessie'Lou

I didn't know it was on D= so I'm not x.x And they can't do much worse than season 4 so it can only be better.

That, and more. The US version has kicked up such a fuss even though it's nothing compared to the UK one in terms of potentially offensive content. There wasn't any sex in tonight's episode, but there was a load of swearing and some drug use.

I have to admit, it was better than I was expecting. But I set my expectations pretty low.

Omg I loved it!
I didn't even watch it until a few days after it aired because Gen 2 was so bad that I didn't really like Skins anymore. But this is great! So much better than the last Gen after only one episode. Ughhh, I didn't like it at allllll. :/ I think I'm gradually losing more and more interest in skins because when it started the characters were a year older than me, and now they're four years younger and it's harder to relate. But Thursday night's show just annoyed me.

Skins has been gradually getting worse and worse. The first episode was so boring. I think it's like trying to re-make movies and hopelessly trying to create sequels when all their ideas have run out.

I though the new episode was alright. I'm trying to keep an open mind with the new cast members to see if they'll grow on me in the next few episodes.
The one thing I didn't really like about the episode was when the girls took the drugs and then went shopping. Pulling out the drugs then just seemed like Skins was trying too hard to keep it's edginess. Anyways, i'm interested to see how the next few episodes go. :] Don't just exist...LIVE. |

I love Skins, but I'm always very reluctant to accept a new cast and generation. I loved the first generation and they will always be my favourite. I thought Frankie was cool and I love how they follow the characters through their lives so precisely. But I don't think you can get much better than Tony and Sid in series 1
Maybe it's not my weekend but it's gonna be my year.

I have to say Mini and Liv's episodes were an improvement on the first two, which didn't impress me too much. Mini's was better. Although I think her boyfriend is ridiculous.

I thought Liv's episode was really OTT, but I'm starting to sympathise with Mini. Saying that, I haven't been able to sympathise with the characters to a great extent at all. I hope it gets better.
