I thought I'd label this as triggering as the current storyline with Whitney may be triggering to some people.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNbJS4S2alA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPm5AGFc_vk I'm glad they're raising awareness for this. Did you guys watch the special on Red Nose Day last night? LOL I only watched it for that and the sound wasn't working the first time they aired it Edit: oh, here's the comic relief special: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SC7O6UJkk4c So, what do you guys think about what's happening with Whitney? ![]() |

I do like how I personally think East Enders brings different real life situations in to their storylines such as this and staceys with the mental health etc, however, I am a bit disappointed with this. I just think its been pretty short and basic. It was good but disappointing. I think they could have done more with it.

Yeah, that is true. I mean the thing with Stacey was about a year long, she kept relapsing and stopped taking her medication. Maybe they will drag it out a bit more when she comes back to the square.
I'm glad Janine actually cares about Whitney now (well, I think she does) I always thought her character was a bit one-dimensional. Am I the only one who was really confused when Rob was smoking in a cafe? Realistically they would have thrown him out.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPm5AGFc_vk 1:56 ![]() |

I'm pretty sure they didn't throw him out because they knew what he was up-to and they were afraid of him... but yeah I agree about the Whitney storyline, could have gone on for at least a few more weeks and been a bit more in-depth.

What do you guys think of Darren, Heather and the baby? I feel bad for Heather but realistically if this was the other way around and Heather wouldn't let Darren see the baby nobody would really care :/ Darren is only doing what a lot of single mothers do.
