What songs remind you of your dad?
Why? Could be good or bad memories, I'm just wondering cuz I've been listening to alot of songs that remind me of mine. The song that reminds me of my Dad is Lovely Day - Bill Withers. He'll randomly burst out singing the chorus sometimes. He's a nutter

Anything with Chris Cornell in it. When I was younger, he used to play his stuff obsessively and it never fails to remind me of him.
"Once a little boy sent me a charming card with a little drawing on it. I loved it. I sent him a card and I drew a picture of a Wild Thing on it. I wrote, “Dear Jim: I loved your card.” Then I got a letter back from his mother and she said, “Jim loved your card so much he ate it.” That to me was one of the highest compliments I’ve ever received. He didn’t care that it was an original Maurice Sendak drawing or anything. He saw it, he loved it, he ate it." |

Anything David Bowie related really. He would play him all the time when I was growing up. Also Duality by Slipknot cuz it's one of the few modern day songs my dad has said he likes.
