In an attempt to stay hip and modern (down with the kids, even) I figured I would check out Nero's new album.

Not sure how to describe it. Dubstep? Not sure. Electronic, certainly. Very melodic, and I'm sure most people will have heard Me And You somehow by now anyway.

Anyone check this album out? I actually quite like it. Guilt's album version is awesome. Doomsday sounds like something the Bloody Beetroots would come out with, which isn't a bad thing.

As for the subject of the thread, I'm not a fan of dubstep/d&b/electronic or anything related, so I can't say I'm a fan of any of their work, sorry :P

I've been listening to some of their songs on the album. I love 'Promises' even though it's being played nearly everywhere most of the time it seems. xD 'Guilt' is good, also.

It was a joke. Nero's been the first act in a while in the mainstream charts to have interested me, so I feel like I can actually talk about them with people cuz folk actually know who they are. The only other act in the charts atm who I really enjoy is Adele, I think. Gaga too I guess but Born This Way hasn't really caused as much fuss as I thought it would...Adele stole her thunder.

Shaz, Guilt drives me crazy in a good way. Crush On You kind of irritates me at the start because of how high pitched it is, but the second half of the song is so good. Genuinely quite impressed with this album.
