Festivals -

Seeing as we're pretty much in the thick of festival season I thought I'd make a thread.
Anybody been to a festival this year? Best bits? Worst bits? Or are you going to one at a later date... What are you looking forward to? And what are you not so much looking forward to? I'm going to Headstock in a few weeks, which is a local music/arts festival. Looking forward to the dubstep and dance tents. Not looking forward to camping

I've never been to a festival in my life, which sucks. I'm thinking I might do T in the Park next year though. I really fancied Sonisphere this year, it was PERFECT. I know quite a lot of people going to Leeds next week but it isn't as good as it has been in the past.
I think the camping is what puts me off too. I'm a bit of a hygiene freak... |

This'll be my first Festival. So I hope it's good. Even though it's small :3
Leeds has a horrible line up :/ a few people I know are selling their tickets because the line up isn't what they expected. I fancied going to Glasto this year. Some of my friends were going but the ticketss were rediculous prices |

I performed at a local festival, if that counts.
A nationally recognised festival, No. I haven't been to one. I am considering going to T4 on The Beach next year though. I've always wanted to go to that.

Over here on the east coast of the US.. I went to Bamboozle this year. Not really my scene, but it was still pretty great. I really want to go over to one of those huge festivals in the UK/Germany sometime.. Like the metal shows where there's so many people it blows your mind.
