songs to make me happy when i am feeling down. -

what are songs that will uplift my mood? I love rock music...thats my favorite. I hate the beatles and when i look this up, thats the best answer...any good choices?

You can check out Pandora.com, & type in a band you think makes you feel happy & they should pull up similar music. You can "dislike" or "like" the songs, which makes it easier to find songs you like.
When I'm happy, I listen to songs I can sing along with.

A lot of Paramore songs make me feel better, and I'm not sure if he would be your style, but Mika is excellent with happy songs.
Definitely try Pandora.

Everyones saying Pandora, and they're right, you really should check the site out. If you haven't already.
A song I always listen to [even though I"m into rock as well] is Bulletproof by La Raux. I probably spelled her name wrong, but it's definatley a song worth checking out |

Just about anything from Brother Ali (Muslim rapper), "No Deal," "Two Hands," etc. from Townes Van Zandt (Folk), Stevie Wonder, Traffic, Cut Copy, Zappa, Dispatch, Luna, Steely Dan, etc.
