I searched to see if there was already another thread but it had been closed (I'm assuming because it was quite old) so I hope making a new one is fine ^______^

I used to watch it only when there was an interesting sroryline on, now I watch it all the time.

I find Eastenders is getting a bit 'pafetic' in the words of the characters themselves.
Like, the acting has really gone downhill and the scriptwriters are being inconsistent.

I was really cringing at the Trina/Lucas thing. I half expected him to get that shovel and bury her. But yeah, poor Jordan - even though the boy can't act. lol

& as for Sam - i don't know why they brought Daniella Westbrook back. It's like saying; 'you can do drugs and still get your job back' Fair enough she is off them now and turned her life around but i just think that it's not a good example to people. And also the other actress who played her; Kim Medcalf, was much better.

And i also thought she was on the run too - inconsistency once again! lol

I prefer Kim Medcalf too. I think Lacey Turner is quite a good actress. The kid who plays Ben Mitchel for example O______o his acting is better than it was last year (when he was getting abused by Stella, I kept laughing. I felt guilty as it was a serious storyline but his acting was too LOL worthy to take seriously)

I love Eastenders, but apart from a few good actors, its really gone downhill. I completely agree with what you said....and its a shame because it used to be a real good show.
