Wrock Music -
July 29th 2010, 04:37 PM
Has anyone else heard of or does anyone else like this type of music?
It's called wizard rock or Wrock music. It's music based on or about the Harry Potter series. I really love this music. My favorite bands at the moment are Ministry of Magic, the Remus Lupins, and Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls. A song that I like by a band that isn't particularly wrock but the song is, is called "Lumos Flies" and it's a cover of Owl City's "Fireflies" by All Caps. Anyone else like this stuff? Or am I just particularly dorky? My YouTube Channel: Click Here

Okay. Sounds like we've settled on me being extremely dorky. Alright.

I've heard of it and listened to some songs. 'Lumos Flies' is a really good song. I'm not a gigantic HP fan, so I haven't listened to a lot of wrock. I'm more of a trock (songs based on Dr. Who) fan. You're not extremely dorky for listening to wrock. if you haven't already you should check out The Parselmouths.
