The TH Band. - March 7th 2009, 09:22 PM

Before this raises any questions, this isn't official, or related to TeenHelp in any way.

Basically, we need your help. Myself and a few other people plan on recording a song over the internet. We have vocals, a keyboard and a clarinet. The problem we are currently experiencing is finding a song. We was hoping to find something in the alternative genre, with the above mentioned instruments.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Adam.

Try looking into Apocalyptica or some symphonic metal

Not sure a clarinet would fit in with that Lee.

hmm... well you'll need something that sounds soft, for the clarinet. Clarinet screeching is NOT good.

A ballad perhaps?

We could have a whole orchestra! It could be neo-classical, with at least some lyrics. We could include electrified instruments such as electric guitar (sort of like Final Fantasy music does for some ochrestrated pieces), and we CAN include the clarinet! Maybe we could combine genres of classical music, rock, and metal! I could play either the electric triangle, or the guitar!

Well you know what a triangle is right? You pretty much electrify the sound of it... It was actually a joke (and I hope you knew that), but it's a reference to fairly odd parents.
