No Disk in Drive K...eh? - April 23rd 2009, 06:15 AM

Well since yesterday everytime I open Google Chrome it says 'no disk in drive K'

Drive K's a USB port as far as I know so I don't really know what the problem is =/

It's not stopping me getting on to the program, it's just highly annoying having to click the x button on it about 20 times before it disappears.

Hm, I havn't properly researched this (yet), but my first thought was that perhaps your computer thinks Chrome is installed on your K drive, or on a flash drive that was there.
Have you tried reinstalling Chrome?

No, I thought about re-installing it but hoped there might be another way to do it. Thanks anyway I'll go and re-install it now.

Okay so I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it again but the same thing's happening =/

UPDATE:
Okay it's fixed now. I put an empty card reader in drive K and it stopped the little box from coming up. The thread can be closed.

I'd sing you a song, but I'm feeling quite off
in my heart; it's occupied,

and now's not the time.
