If a website were to go down or have issues you would need to contact your website host.

If they have taken down your website you would need to contact them to ask why it was taken down. You should also ask for it to be restored.

Most website platforms save the content of your website so it doesn't go lost, however each host runs differently.

Keep in mind some website hosts have a legal page, typically no one read them. If they prohibit certain content and they are made aware they can also suspend your account. So, I would recommend contacting them and reading their legal pages. These things are usually found under Policies.
