They are good, really good, I'd advise to get one, but dont get rid of your nano, they make good back ups.

My dad just got one about a week ago and he's been bragging about it. It's worth every penny in my opinion. The video is amazing and the internet browser is awesome.

I wasn't sure how I would like mine at first, but it is WAY better than a nano. Easy to navigate, + apps (even some good free ones like tap tap), + music videos (itunes will put a free one every week. most are crap, but I've gotten Coldplay and the Veronicas music videos for free, so who knows what they will have )

As in, I'd go for it. Of course, if you mainly use yours for songs and you don't think you would use what I said at all, then just keep the nano

It's looks Vs. Storage, do you need more storage, then stick with a classic. If you need a slick piece of technology, then go with the touch. I have an 80GB Classic, and I still love it. I'm glad I got it.

I have an old shuffle, a 2nd Gen Nano and a Touch(Its name is Gabriel). I like Gabriel much better. You can get into any unsecured wi-fi connection which is awesome, but you also have more space for songs, apps, movies, etc. I also like it because you buy music right on the iPod. Oh, and you can go on youtube or listen to podcasts without even downloading them. So yeah, I think it's worth it

Re: Ipod touch - May 24th 2009, 07:29 PM

I'm a traveler and I must say it's saved me a lot of times lol. Although it'd be better if I just got a phone, or an iphone, its real nifty to be able to look at the maps and such. Although walking around looking for a wifi signal is the pits. That's where the Iphone wins out big, it doesn't need wifi to go online. It still needs wifi for larger app downloads though. There are definitaly a lot of useful apps, and fun games on there. In the end I wish I got an iphone instead but if you have you're phone all set up already theres no sense in taking on a large iphone-bill.

Oh. Its great using it with meebo which lets you use msn/aim/yahoo messengers. Just don't expect to be able to get online nearly whenever you want if you're out and about.
