What would you like help with?
The main details should be on the paypal site itself. The search option on the website is very good if you need any specific information, too.
The Help Centre is [here] which should help you with any questions you have.

Have you registered a PayPal account yet? PayPal gives you step by instructions of everything you need to do to get it up and working. It's fairly easy.

All you really need is a bank account and paypal tells you exactly how to do the rest.
Is there anything specific about setting up a paypal account you need help with?

Always go for personal. Im pretty sure you can be 16+ for paypal. I made an account when i was 16 and had a bank acocunt ( because of college EMA) i needed one.

Paypal isnt really hard to set up, follow the instructions on the screen and you need to wait 7 days for it to be activated once you have made the account. P.s never share your details :P

If you need any help pm me

Well on the Paypal site when you go to select it it says

Personal- For those who shop online

Premier- For those who buy and sell online...

Sooo depends whether you want to just shop, or buy and selll

Well i went for buy and sell... and it said you have to be 18+ so I dont know ?

If I got for person I am aloud to make accont... but I would be selling things rather then buying them so does this still work or not ?

I'm 17 now and I registered a premier account with Paypal when I was 15. They can't really find out your age and I don't think they really care.

btw, I find Paypal very stupid if you're selling stuff and their customer service is sooo crappy. They like to freeze accounts when you get no sales and then all of a sudden you get a bunch of sales very quickly. When they freeze your account, you can't use it and therefore can't get your money you made. I recommend Alertpay. They do the same thing as Paypal pretty much but are way more seller-friendly.

Just my 2 cents.

agreed. Paypal is owned by eBay and eBay's customer service is non-existant, much like Paypals. Paypal is fully automated , so if you get hassle on eBay and it goes to a paypal dispute, say goodbye to your money Paypal SUCKS but there really isn't anything else as popular that everyone has

Have they transferred it yet? If they haven't, your bank for some weird reason won't allow such a small amount to be transferred, or you need a minimum amount over $6 with Paypal to transfer.

I don't know, I just find Paypal fishy
