This seems like a virus/malware/spyware problem. There are a few programs I reccomend. For spyware, Spybot is my favorite. For the malware, Malware Bytes is excellent. For Virus, I use IObit security. Also, I find Advance System Care to work amazingly at finding different problems and fixing them on my laptop. One other thing that I almost forgot, if you are running windows, run windows update, you might be missing a critical update. I hope this helps, if not, feel free to message me and I can look at the problem further.
