Buying a new mobile.. - April 12th 2010, 10:23 PM

Well...as you can see from the title, i'm buying a new phone and i'm having NO luck
Basically, My old phone(LG Cookie) Broke, the "touch" pad is no longer touchable
I'll admit i'm quite picky on what i want so, as a warning sorry :L

I do not want another touch screen phone
I absolutely love QWERTY key pads...
BUT i also like slide phones(up and down not side to side)
I really really don't want a "Pay Monthly" phone, as where i live there ain't much point to it! So "pay as you go" would be appreciated!
I don't mind the old brick phone(none slide, none touch etc)
My dad hasn't given me a price limit...But nothing too expensive
I don't like the "walkman" phones...but i do like Song Ericsson
I'm on O2 at the moment so i'd like to be able to use my Sim card again, but it's not that big a deal!

Thank you very much for your help, it'll be very much appreciated!

OH and is tesco mobile any good? Because i see this phone...
http://direct.tesco.com/product/imag...3TPS499536.jpg and it looks quite nice

Firstly Tesco mobile is basically O2 as they use the same transmitters just shared so the signal will be pretty much the same. also tesco mobile offer the triple or double your credit so top up 10 you get 30 etc which is great.. but they have a limited amount of phones available so if you find one you like with them then go for it...
