Any help from people who are good with technology (ipod touch) would be greatly appreciated :)

Yesterday, I bought a 4th generation, 32 gb ipod touch. All was well until it came to connecting it to itunes. I've agreed to the terms and conditions and the start of the registration process, but the bar at the top has been saying "accessing itunes store" for the past hour, with the bar stripey, which would suggest it's buffering. Is this normal?

I'd imagine if it's been doing it for that long, something has happened and it can't actually access it this time. Once you've finished setting up your iPod, close iTunes and then reopen it, it'll probably go away.

It's all sorted now, the nice men at Apple Support pointed me in the right direction; it was my firewall in the end. Thankyou for your help
