Question "Error on page" - March 24th 2011, 03:10 PM

Heyy.

Just a quick question. When you're on the internet, do you ever get a little exclaimation mark at the bottom bar (where you can change how far you're zoomed in and stuff) and it saying 'done but with errors' or 'error on page'? Just wondering if it's just me, and if it means anything bad?? Any help would be great, it's not an urgent need for help, but if you do reply you're cool

It mainly happens on Facebook, but it happens on other sites too.

Most often, it's a javascript-related errors. Sometimes other scripts might generate this error, too.

This message usually only appear on IE (Internet Explorer); so I assume that you are using IE, right?

It's nothing to panic about; I assure you that no harm would be done to your system because of that error. And only the developer/owner of the site can fix it.

On your part, you can try switch to Firefox or Chrome and see if it happens there. Or you can upgrade your IE to a more recent version (as of now, the moment I type this post, IE9 is the latest version of IE.)
