BT Phone won't make calls to anyone but the helpdesk >_<

I really need help with this, it's been going on for AGES. the phone will accept calls but it won't make them.
So there's nothing wrong with the signal, everything is plugged in, we just can't use it.

Any ideas whats wrong? Need fast answers its an emergency

Have you called the phone service provider about this?
It could be some form of weird restriction on the number, but it could also be the phone. I'd suggest calling the phone company first. If not, try the makers of the phone you have.
