To set a picture click your blog name at the top of the page and then click settings on the right (above where it says posts, followers etc) and it has a section to upload a picture.
I am not sure what you mean by set up your page. Do you mean get a background and theme? or do you mean how to start posting? Also we cannot follow you unless we know your tumblr url. Mine is in my signature. |

To get a theme you go here and find one you like and then click install. http://www.tumblr.com/themes/recent
To write about yourself you go to your blog and click on "customize" at the top on the page and then got to "info" on the top left. and then you can write about yourself. Your tumblr url is http://airboom.tumblr.com/ so people can follow you. |

You go to your homepage and then click customize and somewhere in those settings there should be an option to edit your profile, and your picture as well.
I got bored of Tumblr and stopped using it for awhile so I don't remember too much. |
