Set up installation. -

When you download something, you download the installation program thing (I'd think you'd call it?) which you use to install it. Do you need to keep this after you've downloaded the program or can you delete it?
For example, I download chrome and I get an installation thing and when I click it, it starts to install chrome. If I deleted that, would it affect chrome or is it okay to do so? |

You can delete it.
The installation files just say "move this here and put this here" etc. Once it is done installing, you have the pieces to run the program in your computer so you don't need to keep the installation file.  I just had a few in my downloads folder and I wanted to tidy it up a little bit so that helped!
