Does anyone know why I can't follow or reblog things when I am using google chrome or how I can change it, if I even can

I have no problem with tumblr and google chrome.
I don't really know what the problem could be. Have you tried the standard clearing cookies etc? |

I'm on Chrome and mine is working fine. As said, have you tried clearing your cookies etc, maybe logging out and back in again? I had a few problems with Chrome that weren't related to Tumblr and uninstalling and reinstalling helped, you could try that too.

Gunna sound stupid, but I don't know anything about 'cookies' or how to clear them.

 There you go. It even explains what cookies are. And it has pretty pictures to halp. As for your original problem, I'm not exactly sure but clearing cookies should help. Tumblr's known to goof up quite a bit though, and it could also be a coding problem with the theme that the blog has.
