Okay if anyone has go phone from at&t or at least knows what I'm talking about. I have a problem.
I broke my old att phone so my grandmother gave me an old one to use until I get mine back. I put my sim and it won't work?? What do I need to do?? |

Putting the simcard in should work, if not, give AT&T a call. If you have any passwords on your sim, they should carry over if that's what's causing you a problem.

I don't know what it is. I put the sim in, but it's not showing anything. No service nothing. I'm so confused.

You should definitely call AT&T then. I know whenever I have switched phones (I also have AT&T), all I do is move the simcard & it works just fine. It could be that maybe the phone is broken or the simcard is corrupted.

Okay,
so we went into the AT&T store, apparently my sim was locked to the phone it was activated with. All I had to do was get a new one, now I can put it in any phone and it will work. |
