I put this on my face as a mild cleanser:
![]() Maybe if it's bad, I'd use a bit of this on your forehead, maybe every other day? ![]() If the pimple is there and you want to zap it, use this over night (idk how well toothpaste works, don't use a gel.. get like a plain one if you must) ![]() And don't forget to moisturize.. it helps keep your skin calm and happy in the winter. ![]() Or you can get nice expensive lotion. ![]() Ok. I hope you liked my pictures. Also, this stuff might not work for your skin just because I swear by it doesn't mean you should. Duh. Yes I realize half the stuff is for babies--it's cheap and pretty gentle on your skin. I am waylaid by Beauty. Who will walk Between me and the crying of the frogs? (My PM box is always open.. if I can't help you, I'll find someone who can) |

if youre using too much acne product & moisturizer you will end up with extra acne.
you could also be "spotting" due to horomones, which, if this is the case you cant really do anything about it. i find the less i agonize over any acne i get, the quicker it goes away. |

Not to stop; but to get rid of them APPARENTLY roll on deodorant is good (get an unused one though xD)... I'm talking from what I heard from a friend though; I think it worked for her...
How can one love themselves, when they love absolutely nothing? Do something that is interesting. If it is not interesting, find out why it is not interesting. |

Usually if you have bad spots or achne it's best to go to your GP and they can give you medication which will help to ease the achne. Unfortunately it's one of those things which can go on for a long while. You just have to find what works for you. I find drinking more water helps to hydrate my skin and my spots do seem to go down. I don't do all the things I'm supposed to do and my skin is a lot clearer just from drinking a little more water, so maybe try to drink more water.
Everyone else's suggestions are really good and maybe one will work for you. You just have to be patient. Stress affects your skin so if you've found you've been put under stress lately this could be a contributing factor. |

![]() I swear by this stuff. It's absolutely amazing at drying up spots and getting rid of the redness, and you can get a large tube of it for under $4 dollars at most drug stores. You can use it all over your forehead as a mask (though I leave it on overnight instead of washing it off) or use it as a spot treatment. If you have dry skin, just using it as a spot treatment would limit irritation.
