Trouble finding footwear >_< - January 3rd 2010, 09:53 PM

Ok, so my feet are tiny, size 13 kiddies size, I can NEVER find nice shoes to wear, especially nothing with a heal and it's annoying.
The only nice ones I can find are on the internet for like 100+ which I can't pay.
Anyone have any ideas where to get some nice, non bright pink/ barby/ childish looking shoes from for fairly cheap?
Prefbly under 20 ; ;

I'm not sure about the UK, but my mom has a similar problem.
She usually ends up buying a shoe and then paying somebody else to fit it to her.

Childrens size 13, thats the size before an adult size 1, yeah?

I'm guessing you've already checked out the kids departments of normal clothing shops? Though I'm guessing nice heels are near impossible to find =/

EDIT: Have you looked at Next? Just did a quick search- no heels but some quite pretty flats/sandals that don't look childish.

Yea, I can find flats ok if I spend ages looking for them but no heels ; ;
It's really annoying as well since I'm just over 4ft and would like a slight height boost at times!!

Yeah hard to find a size one heel.. yikes! And I whine about a 35.

For normal shoes, some shoes makers make almost identical (cheaper!) versions of their adult line for kids. Camper, Doc Martens, and Birkenstock are a few that come to mind that I wished I could buy kids. Sometimes I do. I'm a size 4-5 kids, I think.
