If you were to sterotype me, I'd be classified as Faerie Goth. Glitter is fun! <3 My question is, how do you get glitter and make-up to not mix and stay put???

Well, I'm assuming that you're mainly talking about glitter and eyeshadow. There are a lot of glittery eyeshadows out there so you don't have to go through the hassle of mixing the two. Urban Decay makes some of the sweetest colored (and sparkly) eyeshadows, but they're expensive. I'd say this is easier than putting on regular eyeshadow and then sparkles because fewer sparkles will be likely to fall on your face as the day goes on.

If you're like using eyeshadow and then putting on straight sparkles on top, try to pat them on stead of rubbing them together. If you're worried about it getting on your face as the day goes on, well, I'm not sure there's a whole lot you can do besides using a good primer.

Whether or not you're using solely sparkly eyeshadow or you're using eyeshadow and glitter, you should get a good primer. I really like Urban Decay's Primer Potion (no I'm not a sales rep for them, but all their eye products are great ), but if you can't afford that, you can use some concealer instead.

I agree with Keeley, Urban Decay Primer potion is definitely the way to go. It'll keep your eye make-up in place all day with no creasing or fading and smudging of colour.
