Holiday clothes -

I'm in need of some new clothes for when I go to stay with the bf for the summer, I absolutely love light weight cotton dresses and skirts.
The problem is though my height, I'm 4ft 5 and most clothes are way too long, skirts and dresses which are suppose to be just above the knee tend to end half way down my calfs which makes me look even shorter. So does anyone know where prefebly online I can get some nice reasonably cheap clothes from which are pretty short? And also I'm in love with cute girly camis but the only ones I can find are like £15 each  so any ideas would be awesome...Last thing, what kind of jumpers and cardigans can you wear with dresses/skirts/camis etc since everything I have looks really stupid
