Meh, couldn't care less. Overrated, yes. I have a shirt though, got it used, with Hello Kitty dressed up as a Witch. Its cute, but I would've never bought it brand-new and paid full-price.

Defiantly over rated. I do like hello kitty but meh... Its seen as a steriotypical girly/emo/quirky thing to like, and I think a lot of people like hello kitty just because they think they should.

Re: Hello Kitty? - June 24th 2010, 07:48 AM

Well just look at my profile and avatar...

I think a lot of the things are cute. I have a bag and t shirt and pajamas. I am not overboard with the stuff I have, a lot of the stuff I got were gifts from my boyfriend's 9 year old sister. She loves hello kitty and because I like it too it is something we share, since I don't like High School Musical and stuff like that.

I liked Hello Kitty when I was little and now it has come back and is popular again, my boyfriend's sister was what got me back into it a bit.

It is a little bit over rated but it is for kids and kids over rate things, look at high school musical, you can't go in to a shop without seeing merchandise from it. Kids love it and the shops play on that to make money and then it gets over rated but little kids really don't care what is over rated.

I have one Hello Kitty wrist band and that's it. The stuff is pretty expensive here.

I have a hello kitty bag, watch, bed sheet, pillow, mouse mat, T-shirts, wrist band, another watch, stationary, pencil case (I actually don't know where that is), another bag and a few more things. I liked it before it was so mainstream and I like it now. I don't care if it's popular.

I love it ^____^ I just genuinely like Sanrio -points to avatar-

Hello Kitty is cute but at my age, I wouldn't want to wear anything with her on it.

I think that Hello Kitty is really overrated. We used to have a hello kitty shop, but it closed a few years ago.

I like hello kitty, I always have. I have all her VHS's. (:
But I refuse to pay $60 for a wallet with her face on it.
The prices are ridiculous though.

I really don't like hello kitty... Seems a bit too girly and childish to me... But if people like it, that's fair enough.
