Messenger Bags - August 1st 2010, 03:05 PM

So I love messenger bags. They are not as practical on bikes, but otherwise I am in love with them. I have a bag that was made under the Swiss Army Trademark that I love, but I think it's going to wear out in a few months after being exposed to the elements/constant wear.

So I'm excited I found a plain messenger bag priced at a reasonable price at the army surplus store. It's 20 dollars and it's not as durable as my other bag, but I can sew patches onto this one. I would probably have to buy a can of waterproofing and spray it on the inside or outside to make it water resistant.

I have a small brown messenger bag that I use all the time, I love it! Also, it was only 3/4 from Primark

I love messenger bags, but I like the bigger ones and they always break after a while. I carry around a lot of stuff

I feel so out of the loop. I have no idea what a messenger bag is

A messenger bag has a bigger strap that goes over your body. Like this, right?

Anyways I'm getting one in apple green.

Although I really want this one in pink and white.

If I had to carry anything it would be messenger bag, I think they're much easier to carry around. They're really cute too.

I like these bags but because of my back, I'm not supposed to use them anymore because it puts more pressure on just one side. Now I just use a backpack. :/

Re: Messenger Bags - August 3rd 2010, 03:11 AM

Love 'em. I wear all my purses like messenger bags if I can, and until I started taking classes with heavy books that didn't fit (=[), I was using a messenger bag every day. Mine was a green Ogio and I absolutely loved it.
