Cosplayers! I need your help!~ -

Hey there everyone :]
So, this year, im going to try and do a simple cosplay for an anime convention. It is my third year and I want to actually have a serious cosplay for once. The main thing im asking for is for a great website in which I could buy the shirt, shoes, and hat, also including the ability to choose my size (I am a VERY small girl). Or, if you are a professional in fashionableness, you could tell me how to even make my own shirt/hat to look like Red's? My decision? Red! From Pokemon :] (Also known as Ash, but in Pokemon Red) Spoiler: Details: I am a female, and im not planning on buying a wig or anything. I am four foot ten so it might be hard to find my size in pre-made cosplay outfits. I will never let you fall. But if you do, ill just pick you right back up. For the shirt, you're best off just buying a plain normal short-sleeved shirt. Then make the red part so it's like a bodywarmer thing.. if you can't make it, have a look at the boys section in some shops and see if you kind find the bodywarmer.. As for the hat and shoes.. I am not sure, if you can buy some red, black and white shoes, even if they're not exact. Hope I atleast helped. A little

www.cosmates.co.jp might have something. But it's not cheap.
I usually try ebay, it's your best bet. Just be careful who you buy from on ebay
