Does anyone know how to walk in heels?!
Or I guess being able to be in heels for long periods of time? Are you just used to it or is there some secret? Lol "You know I'm such a fool for you"

There's no secret. Practice, but some girls never learn to walk in heels properly.

I use to be able to walk in heels, before I had surgery on my legs. Now, it is too painful and I just look awkward in heels. lol.

Before you begin walking, make sure you have your balance. Then take some slow steps. Its going to take some practice but you'll get the hang of it

A lady walking down the street in high heels dressed in a mini skirt and if not to homely, will cause a few car wrecks. But seriously, it is not easy, I have tried it a few times with four or five inch heels and I usually ended up on my ass. By the way, this one not a solo act. I would say, start with a low heel and work your way up to the heel you want. There is nothing that will show up a ladies legs than high high heels. wow

Start with smaller heels. Don't dive straight into ones which double your height

HOLD UP! Start with little kitten heels to get the han of being supported by the heels. Chunkt heels are easier to walk in than stilletos too
Just build up from kitten heels until you have the confidence. I was walking up and down my house stairs, dancing and standing from sitting before I went out in them!xx |
