How to style this dress? -

Would like some styling help for this dress. Especially hair dos and jewelry.
FWIW, I am 5'6" and have dark longish hair, light skin. My dress is tan with a black lace overlay and looks a ton better on then seen here. I am wearing it to a New Year's Eve wedding. BUT with a bunch of real casual folks. I really appreciate any input. Thanks girls. |

That dress is beautiful! Just sayin'.
 Uhm, try to keep your jewelry simple. Maybe a small necklace with a charm, ya know? Something short that catches people's eye, but doesn't distract them from the dress. I wouldn't do bracelets, but I would definitely throw on a ring if you have one. For hair, I dunno. Since it's a casual party, an up-do might not be your best bet. Maybe you could pull it back and do some soft curls or waves, kinda like this: http://bestfashionstyle.org/wp-conte...-styles-01.jpg. I know you can't really see it from the back, but I hope you get the basic idea.

A black charm bracelet will look amazing with the dress! And you can do poker straight hair with a hair band of the brownish color of the dress. Kind of like http://www.google.co.in/imgres?q=str...SydmgAQ&zoom=1
The hair band is real thin, and you can keep your hair straight. http://www.google.co.in/imgres?q=str...SydmgAQ&zoom=1 looks nice too. I think this would look better than the one above! That dress is really nice. I think silver jewelry will suitable for your dress. So you can wear bracelet, necklace and long ear rings. Also you can curl your hair to stylish.

Seeing as the date has passed of the wedding, and you no longer need styling tips for the dress, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. I hope you enjoyed the wedding, and the dress IS gorgeous.
