How to style this dress?

Would like some styling help for this dress. Especially hair dos and jewelry.
FWIW, I am 5'6" and have dark longish hair, light skin.
My dress is tan with a black lace overlay and looks a ton better on then seen here.
I am wearing it to a New Year's Eve wedding. BUT with a bunch of real casual folks. I really appreciate any input. Thanks girls.

Uhm, try to keep your jewelry simple. Maybe a small necklace with a charm, ya know? Something short that catches people's eye, but doesn't distract them from the dress. I wouldn't do bracelets, but I would definitely throw on a ring if you have one.
For hair, I dunno. Since it's a casual party, an up-do might not be your best bet. Maybe you could pull it back and do some soft curls or waves, kinda like this: http://bestfashionstyle.org/wp-conte...-styles-01.jpg. I know you can't really see it from the back, but I hope you get the basic idea.

The hair band is real thin, and you can keep your hair straight.

That dress is really nice. I think silver jewelry will suitable for your dress. So you can wear bracelet, necklace and long ear rings. Also you can curl your hair to stylish.
