i think you should wear your hair up, or at least half up/pinned back off your face. if you're going to be working for an ambulance company you're going to be wearing your hair back a lot so i'd go for that. i don't think it really matters that much how you wear your hair, so long as you look presentable and it's not all in your face. also, if you tie your hair up/pin your hair back you won't be tempted to fiddle with it in your interview.

..and our dreams will break the boundaries of our fears..

I totally agree with Elle. Either up in a pony tail, or in a bun as you will be doing a lot of hands on work, and you don't want your hair to get in your way.

Good luck!

i think a ponytail would work, especially once i start the job. i just don't want it to look too casual for an interview, you know? i want it to still look a little dressy.

Hopefully I'm not too late!

What about a nice bun, french braid, or twist of some sort? Or, as your hair is wavy, put it in a ponytail and curl it? You could also wear a looser ponytail, gathered at the nape of your neck. Any of these ways would be most practical (which is a necessity for the job) but will also appear more professional than your standard ponytail.

Remember that your potential employer is fully aware that your job will require an up-do. And just like you wouldn't go to a job interview at a grocery store in a tux or ballgown, you should dress your part, so to say. You want your future employer to be able to visualize you doing this job immediately--which means that if you look like you work in an office (if you're over-dressed, wearing too much make-up, or have your hair down) they won't be immediately able to relate you with working an ambulance.

Someday I will be strong enough to lift not one but both of us.

I told you to be kind
