I'm sorry you don't like your Dove things. I really really like their Intensive Cair Daily Conditioner or something. I usually mix that with some L'oreal EverStrong Reconstructing Conditioner, which I absolutely love. For your hair type, you probably either want something geared towards strengthening hair or smoothing hair and maybe for moisturizing (though I find that those shampoos tend to be cheaply made).
My personal favorite brands that I go to whenever I need anything are Fekkai and Matrix. I'm currently using some Fekkai Protein Repair shampoo which is really nice and I usually also use some TIGI Bed Head Superstar shampoo, which is nice because it's sulfate free (you should smell it before you buy it because it has a very sweet strawberry smell you'll love or hate). I really like both of these shampoos and my hair condition is very nice because of them. I also LOVE John Mitchell's STRONG line. I use the shampoo, conditioner, and liquid treatment a lot and it makes your hair really nice. John Mitchell is great in general and has a really great smoothing line. Matrix has an ever.sleek line that I've never tried, but I've heard it's really good from multiple people. Also, I have some Argan Oil by Agadir that I am in love with. It makes my hair shiny and really smooth. You should definitely use something like that post-showering to keep your hair smooth. Also, try to minimize how much you shampoo your hair because it dries your hair out. "Love me for me, accept the fact I'm true, live like I want, fufill my dreams, Dream of me, run out free, capture your words and never let them go." I'll see you on the other side. |
