It looks like you pretty much have a bob on one side and a lob (long bob, about to your shoulders) on the other and curl the side with the longer bob.

The right side is cut a lot shorter and straightened, the left side is longer and curled. It seems like this style would take quite a bit of maintenance. It's like when someone has curly hair and a side fringe, and they straighten the side fringe and leave the rest curly.
