Should i get this haircut? Opinions?

I'm actually trying to grow out my hair, but i kinda trimmed my sides so it's not as long as it would be if i didn't, but anyways, when i get a hair cut i was hoping to get something like this:

Do you think it'd work for my hair? If it doesn't, could anyone help me find something that works for my length and what cut i have already? :S And i was thinking about coloring it black.... Opinions?? I'm trying to grow that out too, but i'm getting tired of waiting and i want it all one color. xP

Well it looks really close to your current hair cut so I think it would look nice
I think you could pull off black but it can be harsh on some people's skin tones and its the most permanent color, so just be careful

I agree with Nicole. The haircut would look very nice, but maybe add more layers to it. A nice dark chocolate brown would look great on you

Yeah, I was looking for something pretty choppy with lots of layers, but nothing that would make me look like a boy. I had a haircut that had lots of layers, but it took forever to grow out, and it made me look like a boy, so I hated it. xP

My skin is a little bit darker than yours and my hairstylist said that black would make me look washed out, so I don't recommend that you dye your hair black. I think the cut would look great on you though. Go for a darker brown or a reddish brown if you want to dye it.

I love the cut- as others have said, a color less harsh than black, though. Maybe a deep brown, or a reddish brown.
