What Color(s) Should I Use?

I've been thinking about putting streaks in my hair. But I don't know what color.
My hair is a dark brown so it's kind of hard to show up.
The only color I have put in my hair was when my hairdresser put maroon low lights in it.
I'm getting older and more of my friends are dying their hair.
What color should I use?
I like the idea of a cream or a blue.
What do you think?

I have dark brown hair too and I've had red streaks, purple streaks and pink streaks. Though for it to show brightly, I had to bleach the part I wanted to streak and when my purple started coming out it turned grey so that was slightly embarrassing. :$ So far I think red looked the best, so I suggest red (: Good luck with your decision.

I always like a coppery colour because it shows up but still looks natural... that or multicolours... because that's just cool...

Ya copper and cream and all the like redish brownish would look good together!

I think blonde would look quite good in dark brown hair, I had it a while ago

Blonde looks amazing in dark hair, in my opinion.

When I went to get my hair cut, the hairstylist told me that a dark red would look good in dark hair.
Just a thought!

just be careful it doesn't go hot pink or purple on you I just had that happen.... LOL... I think a red but get a HAIR STYLIST to do it... lol... don't do it by yourself you will more than likely come out purple with dark brown hair... But i think red or copper would be pretty

Copper and blonde is a fantastic combination in dark brown hair.

If your hair is dark brown to the point where it looks black, silver is amazing(= But more of a golden color would look good with a more brown hue of hair. Red looks good with practically anything, and really purple isn't bad either.
