how much do i mix with what -

I have 30 developer and this tube of white stuff and that tiny tube of color i guess you mix with the developer and the tube. How much developer do I mix with that tube and how much of that color do I put in there???? The tiny tube of color came with the other tube and I had to but the developer separate and this is permanent dye... The developer is 4 oz and the tube is 1.74 oz. and the tiny tube of color is just super tiny
