Hair HEEEELLLP!!!

Ok so Im always always changing my hair colour and for the last few months I've been black. Im naturally a dark brown. Anyway, I got this 'wise' idea and tried beaching it.. as you can imagine it turned out awful.. was ginger in places.. so I went to the hair dresser. He cut it up short [ which I hate] and dyed over the beach to a different/lighter blonde [ which were streaks] and put in some other colour... think it was a filler he called it in as well. Well now I HATE the blonde and want to go a nice dark brown. I was wondering would that work for me? The blonde that is it atm isnt bleched anymore.. so would you be able to tell me

A- Will it work for me?
B- Do I need to go a very dark shade for the dark brown come out?
C- Will it turn green? or is that a myth?
D- Semi or permanent?
E- Any other advice or tips?

Thank you so so much! My boyfriend is coming over tonight to see me and I don't want him to see me with hair this bad.
