my hair has tangled badly after i washed it

i once had micro braids and i took it down and i had washed my hair. now its tangeling up by itself badly. was i suppose to get a perm???? my hair looks really short i dont know how long it is now. it was at long length before i put the micro braids in. i went to the africans and got the micro braids done. they knot the braids so bad so they wouldnt come down.... WAT TO DO PLZ HELP... do it suppose to not.

How long has it been since you've taken the micro braids out? If it was recently, this is normal and your hair will go back to what it once was. Just make sure you use conditioner when washing your hair, and to brush it right away afterward. Try not to put it up in a ponytail or bun right away, especially when wet since it'll only make it worse.

it tangled so badly i had to cut it out cuz theres was no way possible that i can untangle it so u saying my hair might look short now but its normal after a perm? and yesterday was my final day in taking it down. i was taking it down for a week. it looks really short but i guess its some knots somewhere in there

Try using baby oil or cooking oil! My hair knots to no end and I have to use some to get the knots out.

Micro braids are different from a perm. They don't permanently alter the shape of your hair shaft. They are just very tight braids. With lots of conditioner and some combing, your hair will get back to normal.
Use lots of good conditioner and a leave-in conditioner. I would also recommend using some of Garnier's 3 Minute Miracle. That stuff always makes my hair so easy to comb, and I'm sure it will help tame your hair as well.

I would suggest Mane and Tail. I am a swimmer and my hair hates me. This always makes my hair so easy to brush. You just have to spray about 10 times and a bottle lasts me about 3 weeks.

My hair does get tangled after I wash it too, I have found that putting a fair bit of conditioner on my hair, and combing it through with a comb whilst in the shower then washing off the conditioner has helped. You could also try buying some 'leave in conditioner' which does help to get the tangles out.
