Need Help: Hair cut ideas? -

So I really want to make a change with my hair. Ive let it grow out, and Im just ready for something new and something shorter. I have always been the worst at picking out hair cuts, so I was going to see if any of you had opinions on what you think might look good on me. Any ideas,links, or pictures, would be greatly appreciated. I just want to find something that suits me. Here is a picture of how my hair is now:

I would get some layers
Get your side bangs shorter and more angled, and maybe part your hair more over to the side. Then ask for lots of choppy layers, but don't get it razor cut. Layers are always a fun way to change up a hairstyle, but you can also choose to keep the length of your hair if you chose. Although since you said you wanted it shorter, I'd ask to get it about 2-3 inches below your shoulders.Usually salons have magazines with sample hairstyles in them. You could always look through one and pick some you like, and then your hair dresser could help you pick out which one would look best.
