How bad is it?... -

If you've just had your lip pierced, would it be okay to take the piercings out for a few hours for work? (4 hour shifts, 3 days a week) Or would that be really bad for you?

A piercing usually takes around 2-4 weeks to heal I don't think it's a good idea to take it off the first days after you got it maybe wait more is there something you can put over it? or maybe get a clear ring.

You shouldnt be changing it until its completely healed. If its essential, go to your piercer and ask them to do it, but they might say the same thing.

I made the mistake of taking my nose ring out too early, and that caused a lot of problems.
So i'd suggest don't take it out till it's healed, or just use a clear bar like said above. Pansexual. Problematically Pierced. Disturbed and Depressed. And a Lost Realist. Got a question? I might just have an answer. Feel free to PM me.  |
