I need advice with my nose piercing PLEASE HELP

I've had my nose pierced for 2 years now and my nose piercing seems to be slightly infected and before it was actually infected but it seems to be calming down, what can i do to help clear up the rest of the infection without having to let the hole close up and having to have my nose repierced

I don't have a nose piercing but I've had plenty of experiences with infected piercings... jut keep it clean ~ swab it regularly with disinfectant or salt and water, and try not to touch it too much. And keep your immune system up by eating a good diet and drinking loads of water, that'll help prevent infections

I had the same problem, I just cleaned it every morning and night. Also before I went to bed point some anti bacterial ointment or some kind of healing ointment on it then a bandaid over it when I slept that really did help.
So maybe try that?

Just use salt and water. I thought I was beginning to get an infection. I used that, and bam, it cleared up. Just stay away from chlorine ( swimming ), or putting anything that DOESN'T say "alcohol free" on it.
