Okay so my mum has been saying all year that she will get me a tatt for my 19th, and now that its close im really nervous and scared! I'm not sure if I should go ahead with it, or what to have done :/ Any help, advice?

The best advice I can give you is to not get one yet. If you don't know what you want or even if you want to do it at all you shouldn't do it. You wouldn't want to go ahead with it and regret it later. Wait until you find a design you're in love with and know it's what you want on your skin for the rest of your life. Do it for yourself when the time is right without setting timelines like "on my birthday." It'll take the pressure off and give you more time to choose what's right for you

Hey
The first thing to do is make a definitely decision on what you want. If you aren't 100% sure that you want it, then don't get it. Tattoos are permanent. Secondly, don't be nervous about the process. It may be a bit painful at first, but it won't be excruciating at all.

If you're nervous or have no idea of what you want. Don't do it.
The worst thing is for you to get a regrettable tattoo. Let alone you should be excited to go in there to get it done. Not completely nervous. It's best to then hold off till you know what you want and are ready for it. =) Pansexual. Problematically Pierced. Disturbed and Depressed. And a Lost Realist. Got a question? I think it's really important that if you're not 100% sure on getting one, don't get it! It's going to be stuck on you forever so you've got to really want it. Just think about it first, and get one if and when you're ready for one.
