How to remove a barbell? -

I had my cartilage pierced 8 weeks ago and I am now allowed to change it.
If I can do it myself then that is great but I can go back to where I got it done and pay £5 for them to change it for me but I would prefer to do it myself. Anyone have any tips on how to unscrew it. It just won't budge... |

Get someone else to try it (carefully!) with pliers! Try soaking it in whatever the solution is that you're meant to wash it with. And see if that loosens it. It could be clogged up with gunk.
